Overview Job description:
Our client is looking for a Senior Human Resources Executive who has the strategic ability to weave divergent stakeholder views together in a functional way. A person with high strategic potential who wants to give back and create a sustainable organization in the various countries of operation is preferable. This role embodies a long-term strategic view and requires the ability to understand different worldviews and bring them together in an inclusive, systemic, and respectful manner.
A time frame of discredit of longer than 5 years is critical, balancing short-term needs with long-term drives. We prefer a sociable, logical, and methodical leader who can make connections, parallel process, and organize differently in varying contexts. Relationships should be categorized by integrity, ethics, and credibility. From an emotional intelligence perspective, the following are important:

Qualifications:
Relevant Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Human Resources or a related field. An MBA or relevant Master's degree is preferred. An Executive Development Course is advantageous.
