Responsibilities: Lead the recruitment efforts for various roles within the mining sector, ensuring alignment with technical and operational needs Develop and implement HR policies and procedures specific to the mining environment Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and labor laws pertinent to the mining industry Manage employee relations, providing support and guidance in resolving workplace issues Coordinate training and development initiatives aimed at enhancing workforce skills specific to the mining sector Oversee performance management processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports on workforce trends and staffing effectiveness within the industry Drive initiatives for employee engagement and retention in a challenging environment Requirements Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Human Resources or a related field Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role in the mining industry Strong Employee Relations exposure Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and labor laws Proven experience in talent acquisition and management within the mining sector Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to navigate complex employee relations issues High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications Benefits Salary: Smallest – Largest (e.g.
