Senior HR Business Partner Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
Postgraduate degree is preferred Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP role or similar position.
Proven experience in leading HR teams and managing large-scale HR projects.
Experience in the supply chain, logistics, or a related industry is preferred.
Training in leadership development, change management, and HR analytics.
