Perform staff probationary administration.
Ensure maintenance of Human Resources records.
Monitor employee contracts.
Monitor the internship programme.
Perform bursary administration.
Reporting.
Technical Competencies:
Ability to apply document management principles.

Advanced knowledge of computer software packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Internet/Email, Sage and Visio).
Knowledge of filing procedures.
Knowledge and ability to take minutes and report writing.

Qualification:
A relevant NQF 7 qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Experience:
Three (3) years' experience in Human Resources Administration.
