They offer stability, growth, attractive rates and a great working environment.The resources will support India and Mexico, Standard working hours are 08:00 17:00 local time of the work location of the respective.A-Shift (A) - S10600 - 1500 ISTB-Shift (B) - S21300 - 2200 IST**C-Shift (C) - S32130 - 0630 IST**MexicoG-Shift (G)08:00 17:00 MX TIMEResponsibilities;Ensure stability, performance, and security of the HEC networkPerform and lead tasks associated with Service Request and Incident Management Processes.Perform and lead lifecycle management / change management activitiesPerform and lead root cause analysis (RCA) and Problem management activities.Guide other support staff in performing their tasksWork with senior engineers from other domains (e.g. compute, storage, applications)Ensure high level of quality of documentation.Contribute to service, architecture and/or design reviews and optimization activitiesRepresent Network team towards external customers and/or internal LoBs and/or vendorsExperienceMinimum 6-8 years relevant experience in a senior network engineer role, at least 3 years in data centre environmentsTechnical SkillsAbility to solve complex infrastructure issues, together with senior engineers of other technical domainsAbility to lead a team of other engineersAbility to ensure high quality of submitted change requests and associated implementations of complex changesImplementation including associated risk assessments and mitigation strategies.Working on monitoring/orchestrator toolsKnowledge of security aspects on systemsOther SkillsProfound ITIL knowledge, ability to guide/coach othersWorking via a standard ITSM toolsTechnology Certification(s) CCNP/CCDE preferred.ITIL certification/sexperience in a customer facing engineering role
