What you'll do: Call Management, Desktop Support, Mobile device Support, Fault finding/troubleshooting, User satisfaction, training, knowledge sharing, remote and telephonic support, problem-solving and documentation.Your expertise: 4-5 years' customer service delivery; basic Server network support.Knowledge and support on Desktop, Notebook, Printers and SmartphoneGeneralist Go getter.Qualifications required: MCSE, ITILv4 A+, N+ and S+Other information applicable to the opportunity: Contract Position (10 months)Location: GermistonWork Environment: Offices, plant environment.Why work for us?
