Senior Hardware Buyer, East London

We are seeking a Senior Hardware Buyer for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape.Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:Diploma / Degree required with 3+ years retail merchandise and buying experience essential.Hardware buying experience required with good understanding of general hardware industry.Working knowledge of retail cycle & merchandise buying principles / processes.Understanding and experience in retail planning principles / processes.MS Office literacy.Valid driver's license and willing to travel to branches on an ad hoc basis.Good decision maker with strategic buying experience.Able to manage diversity, delegate and control junior staff.Must have good communication & presentation skills.Able to maintain high levels of drive and initiative under pressure.Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm & Saturdays 8am - 2pm.Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience.To apply, email detailed CV and supporting documentation to: ****** you have not received a response within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
