They will thrive in an environment where they are empowered to make decisions that directly impact the success and profitability of the restaurant.Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will include:Business Management: responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, including budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring profitability.Staff Management: including hiring, training, and managing restaurant staff, such as chefs, servers, and kitchen personnel.Quality Control: Ensuring that the food and service meet quality standards and customer expectations.Customer Service: Overseeing customer service to ensure a positive dining experience and handling customer complaints or issues.Health and Safety Compliance: Complying with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment.Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Managing inventory levels and suppliers to ensure ingredients are available and costs are controlled.Financial Management: Handling finances, including payroll, expenses, and revenue tracking.Operational Efficiency: Streamlining restaurant operations to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.Desired Experience & QualificationMatriculation5+ years' experience in restaurant managementAbility to communicate fluently in English and AfrikaansPILOT Software experienceClear Criminal Record (a polygraph test will be conducted before employment contract offered)Package & RemunerationBasic Monthly Salary (negotiable and dependent on experience) + equity shares + monthly profits
