Location: Bellville, Western Cape Position: Full-time, office-based Closing Date: 17 January 2025What You'll Do:Develop and execute fundraising strategies for diverse funding streams.Manage junior fundraising personnel and contractors.Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, ensuring exceptional funder communication and experience.Represent KMF externally to build networks and partnerships.Provide regular updates on funding targets and strategy implementation.What We're Looking For:At least 6 years of proven fundraising experience.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (fluency in English is a must; isiXhosa and Afrikaans are a bonus).Highly motivated, organised, creative, and detail-oriented.A "can-do" attitude with a passion for making a difference.Experience in the NPO, education, or management sector is an advantage.Why Join Us?The Kay Mason Foundation is a leader in empowering under-served youth, helping them fulfil their potential to create impactful change in their communities and beyond.
