QUALIFICATIONSBCompt. Degree or BTech DegreeEXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE Completed articles at registered auditing firm or minimum 5 years relevant accounting experience Must have sufficient experience within the fresh fruit industry Computer skills and extensive experience in Excel Cost accounting & standard cost principles essential Forex handlingCHARACTERISTICS Excellent organisational skills Energetic and disciplined Good communication skills Ability to work cooperative in a team High attention to detail is a pre-requisite Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlinesJOB DESCRIPTION Manage full creditors process on producers Capturing and review of produce and related cost elements & related adjustments Weekly preparations and review of payments to producers Sending of payment remittances to producers Reporting on producer payment summaries Managing ledgers for any deductions on producer payments Cashflow management Monthly updating and monitoring of standard costs and related variances Invoicing of costs back to producers Management of balance sheet items, relating to control accounts on standard cost Various reporting Onboarding of new customers and producers Processing of commercial invoices and credit notes Preparation and review of weekly and monthly commercial creditor payments Any other relevant accounting functions as required
