They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Manager (CA) to join their dynamic finance team in Johannesburg East. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with 6 to 8 years of post-articles experience, demonstrating a proven track record in managing complex financial projects and stakeholder relationships within a multinational environment. Duties: Lead and oversee project cost accounting functions, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis of project costs. Implement effective cost control measures and provide insights to optimize financial performance. Utilize extensive knowledge of matrix organizational structures to navigate and manage financial reporting and operational processes across multiple business units and regions. Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Prepare and present high-quality financial reports and analyses to senior management. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant. Experience: A minimum of 6 to 8 years of post-articles experience.
