A key aspect of the role will be monitoring and analysing financial performance, working closely with leadership to formulate financial strategy and delivering financial performance improvement to maximise profitability, whilst managing cash flow.Duties Include:Develop and manage finance & payroll functionsBudgets and forecastsPreparation and presentation of monthly management accountsOversee and manage cash flowCAPEX and OPEX managementImplement and update financial policies and proceduresManagement of the finance teamCommercial supportOversee facilities across SA sites, which includes lease negotiations, maintenance, services contracts, building projects and Health and SafetyEducation:CA(SA) designation essentialJob Experience & Skills Required:3 to 4 years' experience in a financial management position essentialPrevious experience of working in a fast paced, cross-functional groupPrevious experience within the BPO / Outsourcing industry essentialStrong management experience, strong interpersonal and people management skillsFinancial modeling skillsStrong consolidations experienceStrong understanding of financial business processesKnack for numbers and analytically mindedExpert Microsoft Excel skillsMeticulous attention to detailDeadline drivenApply now!
