Senior Financial Accountant

Job & Company Description: My client is a JSE listed organization and a leader in providing IT services solutions. The successful applicant will report to the Financial Manager and will be responsible to prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and other relevant accounting standards and regulations. Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations, and addressing any issues or discrepancies. Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations and requirements. Evaluate and implement improvements to financial reporting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Job Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA) - non negotiable 2-3 years post articles experience Strong IFRS and Tax knowledge SAGE X3 ERP system is advantageous Apply Now
