Key Responsibilities: Financial Operations Management: Oversee trial balance accuracy, reconciliations, and statutory submissions.
Lead the preparation of management accounts and financial statements.
Manage payroll processing, VAT submissions, and compliance requirements.
Strategic Financial Oversight: Deliver financial analysis to support decision-making and planning.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and comprehensive financial reports.
Drive financial performance and risk mitigation across the organization.
Supplier and Vendor Relations: Manage supplier accounts, reconciliations, and payment processes.
Resolve internal and external queries promptly and effectively.
Audit and Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and internal controls.
Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes seamlessly.
Leadership and Process Improvement: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Identify opportunities for process automation and implement best practices.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance related degree.
Extensive experience in financial management and reporting.
Proficient in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and compliance regulations.
