Join us and embark on an exhilarating journey as we revolutionize the world of strategy.Key Responsibilities:Executive SupportManage and prioritize the CEO's diary, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.Oversee and support the CFO.Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring efficient time management for the CEO.Monitor and manage the CEO's email inboxes, respond on behalf where appropriate, and ensure timely follow-up on all emails and communication.Project Management and Strategic OversightOversee interns, analysts, and service providers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Act as a liaison for the strategy unit, keeping the CEO and team updated on project progress and critical changes.Assist with updating and tracking key documents, including the strategy document tracker, proposal tracker, and other project management tools.Set up and streamline key processes to support organizational growth.Financial and Expense ManagementCoordinate and manage income and expense sheets for various projects.Follow up on all invoices and liaise with the accounting team.Support with invoicing and tracking client contracts, ensuring timely renewals and updates.Communications and CorrespondenceDraft and prepare confidential correspondence, including acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, and proposals.Handle all CEO travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics for keynote engagements and workshops.Manage daily communications, including WhatsApp, phone requests, and any client-related interactions.Event and Meeting CoordinationArrange functions, conferences, briefing sessions, and events for the CEO, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled.Attend and contribute to diary alignment and operational meetings.Serve as the primary contact for strategy communications, arranging strategy workshops and other relevant sessions.Office and Personal ManagementManage office needs, including general organization and document management (uploading contracts, keynotes, etc. to the drive).Provide personal assistance to the CEO, handling family and home-related requirements.Address ad hoc requests and tasks from the CEO and CFO.Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as an Executive PA supporting C-level executives.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.High degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.Additional Information: This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
