The role requires a proactive individual with a passion for event management, strong project execution capabilities, and the flexibility to manage both domestic and international projects effectivelyMinimum Requirements:Minimum 4-5 years in the Events or Incentive industryBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong corporate communication abilities (written & verbal)Own reliable transportation requiredAbility to travel internationally and locally as necessaryDuties and Responsibilities:Conceptualize RFQ/briefs including creative conceptsDevelop innovative event and incentive itinerariesManage budgets from initiation to financial reconciliationCoordinate flight, accommodation, and transportation logisticsConduct site inspections at potential venues and destinationsExecute projects of varying scales both in-person and remotelySource quotes, negotiate rates, and maintain supplier relationshipsProvide high-level client management and maintain professional relationsHandle guest relations including visa assistance and query managementConduct regular status meetings and communicate with stakeholdersManage a small team on larger projects ensuring cohesive collaborationStrong administration skills including documentation and reportingCoordinate with internal stakeholders across different departmentsDemonstrates excellent organizational and time management skillsExhibits professionalism and a diplomatic manner in all interactionsStrong problem-solving abilities with a creative and innovative approachAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines independentlyUpholds high standards of email etiquette and communicationKontak Recruitment Disclaimer:Equal opportunity: All backgrounds are welcomed, with no bias.
