Senior Events Manager/CoordinatorAn Event Management Company based in Bryanston is looking for a Senior Events Manager/Coordinator to join their busy and growing team of professionals.Duties & ResponsibilitiesImplementation and execution of a variety of events, product launches, conferences, functions, incentives.Onsite event management from concept, execution through to closure.Negotiating of pricing with suppliers for Best Available Rates to offer clients.Building and retaining relationships with clients.Following up with clients.Taking ownership of event folders and updating and following through thereof.RequirementsTravel and Events Management Experience - in excess of 10 years.Liaison ability with airlines and hotels.Manage an event from start to finish including the management of the budget in Excel.Flexibility to work overtime and away from home.Experience and exposure to events such as exhibitions, product launches, roadshows, corporate events, conferences & incentives management.Creativity and lateral thinking ability as well as negotiation skills.Multi-tasking skills and ability to operate in a high-pressure environment.Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.Desired Experience & QualificationMatric10 years experience.Package & RemunerationOther Sectors & Industries.
