Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
5-7 years of experience in estimation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
In-depth knowledge of estimation software and cost simulation tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to interpret complex technical and financial information
Strong understanding of market trends and industry best practices
