The Observability team builds and maintains solutions that make getting insights from this data turnkey and efficient, such as our APM , Infrastructure Monitoring , Logs , and Uptime solutions.
When developing these solutions, we think about the problem end-to-end: how do we automatically collect data from common data sources, how do we store it efficiently in Elasticsearch, how do we present this information to the user, what actions do we take on the insights from the data?

As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of engineers and work with Product Management, Technical Leadership and other Team Leads to evolve our Observability product.
Your team will be responsible for contributing to and maintaining different components, tools and specifications within the OpenTelemetry ecosystem.
You will guide the team in shaping the roadmap, driving collaboration with the OpenTelemetry community, assess priorities and empower the team to effectively and efficiently execute on OpenTelemetry-related topics.
You will work with other teams at Elastic to ensure alignment of OpenTelemetry efforts with Elastic's product roadmaps and delivery of comprehensive, end-to-end observability features.
