Responsibilities:You will work as the right hand of the department head and lead engineer, with potential advancement to Specialist, Lead Engineer, or department head.Work independently on small projects and assist the lead engineer on larger projects, managing multiple projects concurrently.Ensure high-quality designs that meet client requirements, preventing execution delays by proactive engineering design.Prepare electrical designs, including specifications, key one lines, consumer lists, layouts, and tracing documents.Work on electrotechnical installations ranging from low voltage to complex installations with large consumers of 20 MVA and a grid connection of 110 kV.Design lighting, grounding, and lightning protection systems.Develop skills in electrotechnical calculations such as electric arc, net, and high voltage.Focus on engineering quality, planning, and budget control.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on a wide variety of projects across various markets.Engage in challenging projects aimed at achieving desired results, such as emissions reduction or energy savings.Contribute to an open and dynamic team environment.Qualifications:Completed mbo or hbo education in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Technical Physics, or AOT.Approximately 10 years of relevant work experience in engineering within complex multidisciplinary projects.Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and initiative to achieve results.Proactive in personal development and career direction.Experience working independently and with multidisciplinary teams.Knowledge of Dutch norms and standards in Electrical Engineering, especially NEN1010.Passion for technology and commitment to contributing to the electrification/energy transition within the industry.What We Offer:Flexibility and the ability to work from home.Personal development through the Personal Empowerment Plan (PEP).Education and training, along with personal and professional coaching.Vitality program, bicycle scheme, and fitness scheme.Active staff association for fun and inspiring activities outside of work.Long-term commitment with good monthly remuneration based on experience.Bonus scheme based on personal development and company results.Pension plan with options tailored to your needs.29 leave days, plus additional days based on business results.Assigned buddy for onboarding support.Flexible working hours to minimize commuting.Collective health insurance.Ample career and training opportunities, both national and international.Cell phone and laptop provided.Location: In the Netherlands, with a €3000 relocation allowance for housing, flight, visa, work permit, and more.
