Description
Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel and restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Lead and motivate staff, providing guidance and training to ensure exceptional guest service.
Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Oversee restaurant operations, including managing bookings, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring seamless service during peak times.
Monitor financial performance, managing budgets, inventory, and staffing to maintain profitability.
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategies to improve service offerings and drive revenue growth.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Act as a key point of contact for VIP guests and ensure personalized service throughout their stay
Profile
Proven experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in both hotel and restaurant environments.
