Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertisingManage and work with Brand partners and ensure each brand shows up on our platforms, through full house and digital only campaignsMeasure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams, across merch, buying and Ops including creative, content, and Bash, to produce engaging content and optimize user experienceStay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologiesResponsible for managing supplier campaigns and budgets and executing on these from studio & agency briefing through to approvals, execution and reporting/proof of execution.Manages on site campaigns with the Omni-merchants, including briefing and priority of web bannersExperience in a similar role, with a demonstrable track record of growing & improving brands and themselves through their work.Digital insights reportingDigital budget management, planning and trackingPerformance marketing setup with Bash and agencySeasonal and campaign specific reportsBriefing Performance Marketing (Digital Paid marketing) partner for Meta and Google campaignsManages social media agency & monthly content from planning to approvalSign off copy and social postsSocial media community management (as an escalation point for Agency)Co-ordinates in-store eventing/online eventing & any competitions run by the brand/suppliersManages influencer agency relationship and monthly influencer briefsCo-ordinates brand quarterly shoots with the in-house designer, including product sourcing, shoot day assistance (as relevant), PDP videos, video content creation, and more.Right-hand to the Online Retail ManagerManage self and team SLAsQualifications And ExperienceMaster's degree in marketing, communications, or related field5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field or experience in a similar role, with a demonstrable track record of growing & improving brands and themselves through their work.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertisingProficient in marketing automation toolsExcellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)Strong project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree in Marketing, eCommerce or similar)SkillsExcellent self-starter with strong self-management abilities Experience in briefing and managing agencies and designers on digital campaignsExperience with project management systems (e.g. Monday.com) is advantageousMust have experience in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Familiar with Everlytic, Dotmailer, Bloomreach or similar email/CRM systemsExperience in co-ordinating photo shoots & video content creationGood understanding of Facebook, Instagram and Google advertisingStrong working knowledge of social media (Meta) platforms – Youtube is a plusExperience in managing influencers is a plusGoogle Analytics experience is a plus Experience in events co-ordinationLeadership and management BehavioursApplies market and business insights in order to drive organisational objectivesConveys information and communicates ideas in a clear, concise and impactful mannerUnderstands, anticipates, and meets the needs and expectations of customersConsistently makes timely, well-rounded and informed decisionsInterprets and simplifies complex and contradictory information when resolving organisational problemsAssesses and improves the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of various work processesLeverages new technology to enhance productivity, improve problem solving, and support business growthPreference will be given, but not limited to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.About UsWho we are is because of our people.
