Code quality & best practices: coding standards, refactoring, and ensuring high-quality code through reviews and testing. Database management. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Reporting (PowerPoint, Power BI, SSRS). Version control. Project management and responsibility. Leadership and mentoring. Qualifications: Grade 12.
