management ofapproved deals up to first drawdown, including ensuring timelyconclusion of legal agreements).Declared competent in three due diligence disciplines (Marketing,Technical and Financial)Grounded in all three disciplinesTransaction leadership (complex deals)Knowledge in assessing all associated issues in a transaction (Legal,risks, etc.
