Senior Data Manager

The Senior Manager in the Data Delivery Excellence team will play a crucial role in business development and sales while maintaining a solid technical foundation. This position also includes responsibilities for delivery management, ensuring the successful implementation of data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, governance, and agile delivery, with experience in cloud environments like Azure and AWS. Collaboration, innovation, and a deep understanding of best practices are essential to thrive in this role.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.Certifications: Relevant certifications in Data Governance (DAMA), Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS), DevOps, or Agile Delivery.8+ years of experience in data architecture, governance, and delivery roles.Proven experience in implementing and managing data governance frameworks, particularly DAMA.Extensive experience in data modeling (Kimball for structured, vectorized for unstructured, and IoT streaming data).Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS considered).Familiarity with agile methodologies, leading practices in data delivery, and DevOps integration.Experience in business development and sales within the data and analytics domain.Experience in delivery management, overseeing data projects from inception to completion.
