Assist Valuations and Modelling team members with researching financial, economic, industry, company and other information using online research resources.
Valuation: Perform valuation analysis using methods like Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Profitability Index.
Provide insights and recommendations based on the results.
Support Valuations and Modelling team members with developing valuation and financial models.
Use these models to analyze and forecast financial outcomes and assist in decision-making processes.
Perform financial analysis on information around financial performance and forecast performance by companies.
Construct valuation and financial models in Excel with support of team members.
Your role as a Senior Consultant Project Management: Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Utilize structured project management approaches to ensure client satisfaction and project profitability.
Industry and Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and market data/issues to enhance the accuracy and relevance of financial models and valuations.
Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions as a knowledgeable advisor.
Prepare high-quality proposals and presentation materials for pitching and tender processes.
Reporting and Communication: Write and review comprehensive reports detailing findings from financial analyses and valuations.
Effectively communicate these findings to all levels of engagement management, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Experience Required Thorough general financial and valuation specific knowledge, you are very proficient with Microsoft Excel and have experience with valuations and building financial models A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a Real Estate valuations environment, with a preference for candidates who have experience with a listed property group Advanced skills in financial modelling, analysis, and reporting - candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for complex financial tasks 5 years of relevant work experience Qualifications Honours Degree in Accounting Science, Financial Management and or any other relevant field of study required Preferred Qualifications Advanced Diploma or Master's Degree in Real Estate Valuations and Modelling would be highly advantageous Accounting / Financial Services jobs
