Construction Company seeking a Senior Construction Foreman for a high-end residential housing development along the Dolphin Coast. This position requires someone with at least 10 years' experience in the construction industry, as a foreman and who resides in or around Salt Rock/Ballito.Salary: Negotiable depending on ExperienceWorking hours: 07h00 to 16h30 Monday to Friday, and 07h30 to 15h30 on a Saturday (if required)Responsibilities:Supervising staffAllocating resourcesManaging sub-contractorsCo-ordinating tasksSupervising the use of plant & machineryEnsuring that health & safety requirements are adhered toThe ideal candidate will become part of an experienced team and will be required to take initiative and ensure that projects are completed within the agreed deadlines.Requirements:10 Years of Construction Foreman ExperienceThe knowledge to interpret specifications and drawings is required, with an ability for accurate setting out and verifying thereofUnderstanding concrete formwork is a requirementAn eye for detail is required, as the focus is on high-end residential property developmentsPrevious Experience Supervising Residential Building Projects Is EssentialOwn Vehicle to travel to work and back - Company vehicle will be used during working hoursOnly candidates with the necessary experience will be considered.
