Senior Compliance Administrator (Collateral Management)

Requirements: BCom degree (Paralegal qualification would be beneficial) 3 years related experience Strong knowledge of collateral management, financial regulations, and compliance requirements Proficiency in using financial software, compliance management tools, and regulatory reporting systems Key performance indicators: Ensures that the organization complies with regulatory and internal requirements related to collateral management Preparation of security documents and reports for management Attend to registration of mortgage bonds and cessions Preparation of legal audits Maintain safe custody of security documents and maintain detailed and accurate records Ensure compliance with NCA requirements Registration and administration of security cessions Administration of cession payments and administration of pledged shares Liaise with attorneys on legal matters Support the Financial Services team on compliance professionals, providing guidance, training and support for their professional development Coordinate and support internal and external audits, regulatory examinations, and assessments related to collateral management Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of collateral management and compliance activities
