Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Senior Client Partner with an extensive understanding of marketing technologies, especially Salesforce, combined with substantial experience in executive-level B2B sales and strategic account management. You will play a key role in shaping the company's long-term strategic direction, cultivating high-value partnerships, and driving transformation for both Enterprise and SME clients.

This role is critical to the overall business strategy and provides an opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of xSMTHS. We are looking for a proactive, innovative leader with the ambition to drive business impact and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities & Outputs:

Develop and execute the strategic sales plan, driving sustainable revenue growth from Salesforce Sales & Marketing Cloud services in line with the business's long-term objectives. Own the client engagement lifecycle, from executive stakeholder management to building trusted advisory relationships with C-suite executives, ensuring a clear focus on delivering high-value outcomes for clients. Lead cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and solution engineering, to deliver transformative solutions that support clients' marketing technology goals. Act as a strategic advisor to clients by aligning xSMTHS services to their core business strategies, while identifying long-term opportunities for value creation and business transformation. Shape and influence the business direction by collaborating with leadership on revenue generation strategies and continuously identifying new market opportunities. Cultivate executive-level relationships with key partners, including Salesforce and other technology vendors, to develop joint go-to-market strategies. Drive thought leadership within the marketing technology space by offering insights and trends, positioning xSMTHS as an industry leader in digital transformation and innovation. Education, Experience & Knowledge

Proven ability to influence strategic decisions at the C-suite level, with experience leading large-scale sales and digital transformation projects across complex enterprise environments. Competencies:
