Proof of Academic Record of qualification/s from a recognized institution (SAQA accredited - NQF level 6). Religious credentials: Proof of a valid recognised Initiation certificate as priest or spiritual leader (i.e.
minister of religion). Applicant must submit proof of a valid good standing certificate issued by the current local temple/ Hindu religious organisation. Proof of recognition from relevant Hindu religious oversight body. Inherent competencies: Must have strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, group facilitation and presentation abilities, conflict resolution and problem-solving expertise, report writing and documentation proficiency.
Proficiency in MS Office, experience with virtual service delivery platforms and programme development and evaluation skills will be advantageous.
