Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining or 5-star establishment. Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Previous experience in a game lodge or luxury resort is an advantage. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deliver exceptional results. Excellent attention to detail and creativity in dish presentation. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Knowledge of health and safety standards in a kitchen environment. Additional Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability and willingness to work in a remote location.
