Job DescriptionAnalyse business requirements and problems, understand root causes, identify solutions and implement effective strategies to improve organisational processes, systems and technologies.Collaborate with various stakeholders including business users, IT teams and management to understand their needs and translate them into viable solutions.Apply a combination of business acumen, critical thinking, analytical skills and technical proficiency to drive successful outcomes and support business growth.You will be required to complete a questionnaire which will be submitted to shortlisted candidates only.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership and SupportNeeds AnalysisSolution Design and DevelopmentStakeholder Management and CommunicationProject Management and ImplementationChange Management and TrainingContinuous Improvement and InnovationSkills & QualificationsAnalytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and systems.Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Business analysis and project management methodologies, tools and techniques.Requirements gathering, process modelling and solution design.Adapting to changing priorities, working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with data analysis and process mapping and communication tools such as:MS SQLMS 365: Excel (Advanced) and PowerPoint & Word (Intermediate)UML diagramming tools (e.g. draw.io, Visio, LucidChart)Familiarity with Agile and DevOps principles and practices.Desired Experience & QualificationDegree: Industrial Engineering (preferred), Engineering, Science, Information Systems or a related field.Experience:1. Business Solutions Analyst2. Business Process Engineer or similar role with >10yrs+ experience3. Preferred sectors worked in previously: Financial Service or Fintech >5years4. Software development / Project Management >2 years5.
