Senior Business Development Manager

Job DescriptionCultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry associations, and customers to enhance the company's visibility and access to opportunities.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and joint ventures.Keep abreast of market developments.Expand the company's market presence and revenue stream.Monitor and analyze the performance of commercial projects and initiatives against established KPIs and objectives, and recommend improvement actions as needed.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.Must have 4 - 6 years of sales experience.Must come from a chemical, minerals, or agricultural background.Proven track record of success in commercial management, corporate development, or business development roles.Strong negotiating skills.Suitable candidates will be contacted.
