Responsibilities: Provide solutions or recommendations to business when requirements are unclear taking into account what would be best for the businessCreate the relevant analysis documentation i.e.
Business Specification and or Functional analysis projects using best practiceDetailed extraction and documentation of all business rules impacting a projectMaintain Data Integrity between Systems: Consolidate data from the various operational systems and develop automated routines to analyse the data and ensure that interfaces are transferring data accurately and completely between the systemsDesign and Develop reports based on results of business and data analysis that can be used by management to monitor, manage or control business processesResponsible for testing functionality once it has been developedResponsible for identifying training needs and providing coaching and mentoring Education:BSc Computer Science preferable / BTech CSEMinimum of 8-9 years experience in the IT industry Skills required:SQL skillsAgile.NETBoth technical and business knowledgeProject management skillsBe able to communicate technical information to a non-technical audienceBe able to liaise with the Developers on a technical levelFamiliar with relational database structuresMust have a fair understanding of the entity relationships within a database and how the various systems integrate with each other in an environmentAble to compile context diagrams, process and data flow diagramsStrong ability to document requirements, good writing skillsLeadership SkillsPresentation Skills
