Business Analyst

Icebolethu Group is looking for an objective Business Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with key stakeholders to implement effective solutions, as well as offering day-to-day support for Business Applications. The role will be based at our offices at No.: 225 uMbilo Road, Durban within the Group ICT Department, a division of Icebolethu Group.
Minimum QualificationsMatric Certificate - (Grade 12 or equivalent).A+ & N+ Certification.Diploma/Degree in Business Management or Information Technology or a related field.Certificate in Business Analysis or related studies is an added advantage.Proficiency in Data Analysis tools and Software is an added advantage.Valid Driver's License.Experience and Knowledge RequiredMinimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in ICT support or a related field in a corporate environment.Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.Skills and Competencies RequiredExperience with Agile Methodologies.Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.ICT Policy, Standards & Procedure Development.ICT Infrastructure.Microsoft 365.ICT Governance Framework.User Experience Management.Prioritization and resource allocation.Judgment.Integrity.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Operational Excellence.
