Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and initiatives.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).Experience with requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).Understanding of software development life cycles and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Soft Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Proven leadership abilities and experience in mentoring or coaching team members.Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.Package Details:
