Senior Building & Facility Manager

Applicants must have the following requirements:Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree or a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Facilities Management, Building Science, or Construction Management.Must have 10-12 years of experience in Facility Management or multidisciplinary construction management with a focus on auditing buildingsMust have knowledge of building systems and construction.Experience with resource management and sustainable building practices would be advantageousMust have project management skills to undertake Building Assessments or Audits.Must have knowledge of legislation, regulations, and industry standards for building operations, and environmental sustainability.Must be proficient in facility management software, building automation systems, and project management tools.If you don't hear back from us within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.SALARY R1,200,000.00 P/A
