Senior Building Estimator - Construction Industry

RPO Recruitment's client,  a well-established building contractor in Gauteng, is looking to appoint a Senior Building Estimator in Johannesburg   Requirements: ·        BTech in Quantity Surveying or similar ·        10 – 20 years years' experience working as an Estimator in the construction industry ·        Proficiency in CCS essential ·        Excellent planning, organising, communication and interpersonal skills ·        Good decision making and problem-solving skills ·        Familiar with standard conditions of contract for building and civil engineering works such as JBCC, FIDIC, NEC3, etc.
