Senior Bookkeeper / Personal Assistant
RedCat Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Bookkeeper / Personal Assistant for a well-established concern.
Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping duties up to trial balance
Financial management duties
Stock control
Taking minutes of meetings
Personal Assistant duties for two Directors

Requirements:

Grade 12
Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle
Relevant financial / accounting qualifications
Competent computer literacy (MS Office, Email / Internet)
Previous working experience on QuickBooks and / or Pastel
5yrs+ previous experience in a similar role
Previous experience dealing with multiple companies
Ability to set up checks and balances for three entities
