Job ResponsibilitiesAll Monthly bookkeeping functions up to Trial Balance – Asset register, Cash Book, Journals, Bank Reconciliation's, Petty Cash, Debtors, Creditors, Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation's & Age analysis, Debt Collections, VAT & PAYE Returns.Compiling and submitting monthly and annual statutory and other statutory returns.Other admin or financial duties as required by the directors or clients.Submit EMP201 returns. Submit EMP501 reconciliations, Complete and Submit employees IT3 and IRP5 certificates.COIDA (Workmens compensation return of earnings submissions and the new RMA system return submissions).Monthly VAT calculations, Submit VAT201 returns.Dealing with all SARS related enquiries.Experience with CGIC applications & declarations.GRV – Stock card reconciliations.Process JOB costing receipt.Loading payments on Bank.Inventory Journals.Stock management.Candidate RequirementsGrade 12.3-5 years' experience as Senior Bookkeeper.Experience in the Manufacturing Industry is a must.5 years bookkeeping experience.Proficient in Excel.Job CategoryPride Pak
