Requirements:Applicable qualification in Accounting/Bookkeeping with relevant working experience.Registered Tax Practitioner (non-negotiable).Must be willing and able to perform Payroll duties (non-negotiable).Knowledge and good understanding of Accounting and Expense Capturing Software.Xero Accounting softwareExpensify Credit card receiptsDext Invoice processingApprovalMax Invoice approvalPaySpace Payroll & HR software Excellent in the use of SARS software and programmes (EasyFile and eFiling).Competent in the use of GSuite and/or Office 365 as supporting tools.Competent in the use of Microsoft Excel.Responsibilities:Banking and CashflowSales and Debtors ControlPurchases and Creditors ControlManagement of Petty CashPayrollHuman ResourcesTaxReportingBudgeting and ForecastingNOTE - There will also be required duties for the client's subsidiary company(s).Salary:Market related and negotiable.
