Our client, industry experts in the construction, property development and property management landscape, is on the lookout for a Senior Bid Coordinator who can transform the bid process from good to great. If you have a talent for juggling details, maintaining quality, and building relationships that get results, this role is your stage.

Requirements
·Minimum of 5 – 8 years' experience in a Bid/Proposal management role in the construction industry

·Microsoft suite (MS Office, MS Word, etc.)

Duties include but are not limited to:

·Responsible for ensuring that the Estimating Department has all the relevant backup for every completed project, ie. Tender Award Letter, Completion Certificate/s, Final Account Certificate and References.

·Ensure sign-off of any significant post-tender amendments by an authorised person, plus filing thereof

·Overseeing Estimating Assistants during the Subcontractor/ Supplier Tender Enquiry process to ensure that the tender enquiries are sent out timeously and accurately.
