Familiarity with premium grooming products and the ability to recommend appropriate options to clients. Commitment to maintaining a polished and professional look as a representative of our brand. Comfortable with upselling and promoting products that enhance the client's grooming regimen. Boxes to tick… 5+ years of experience as a barber in a high-end or luxury barbershop or men's salon. Mastery in classic cuts, fades, razor shaves, beard shaping, and hot towel techniques. Knowledge of skincare, scalp treatments, or other specialty grooming services is a plus. Experience with advanced styles, contemporary cuts, or textured hair is advantageous.
