Responsibilities and Duties Installation, maintenance and support of all Audio-Visual hardware and software Capture and maintain all IT assets in the ICT inventory database and dispatch the IT equipment to the user as per writen request Install and maintain all Audio-Visual hardware Install and maintain Audio Visual software Install and maintain all Audio-Visual peripherals Liaise with external providers for hardware support Setup ad-hoc equipment for events and classes Audio Visual equipment fault diagnosis Identify common problem areas experienced to recommend corrective action Decide whether to send the Audio-Visual equipment to the manufacturer for repair Report shortfall in parts inventory to line manager Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with audiovisual equipment and software) Ensure audiovisual equipment interconnects seamlessly with diverse systems, including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers, and administrative systems Computer Lab/Office demonstrations Provide user support for the initial training on equipment and software.

Develop how-to documents, videos on the use of Audio-Visual equipment and software tools.
Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting Relevant operational reports as and when required.
Research and implement best practices.
Communicate and consult with relevant stakeholders.
Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum Qualification National Diploma in Information Communication Technology or Related Audio-Visual industry-related certifications Extron Control Professional certification or equivalent AV Industry-specific certifications (e.g., Extron, etc.)
Driver's license Willingness to work outside of normal working hours.
Minimum Experience 6 years of related experience.
Experience with computer systems, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi configuration& micro/Linux environment Computer skills (MS Office suite) Audio-visual equipment installation, maintenance, and management will be an added advantage Equipment programming experience will be an added advantage Good communication skills Good interpersonal skills Ability to work within a team
