Senior Legal Associate Job Specification A multi-disciplined law practice in South Africa that provides an array of legal services to both business and individual clients,is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of post-admission experience Responsibilities: Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and memoranda.
Provide legal advice and counsel to internal clients on various legal issues.
Manage legal projects, including due diligence, litigation support, and regulatory compliance.
Represent the company in court proceedings and negotiations as needed.
Monitor and analyze legal and regulatory developments that may impact the company.
Supervise and mentor junior legal associates.
Contribute to the development and improvement of legal processes and procedures.
