Senior Architectural Technologist

Candidates should have excellent design and detailing skills, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience. Experience in running projects is preferred.Primary ResponsibilitiesConceptual planning, submission drawings, construction drawings, and detailing.Spatial planning and conceptual design, utilizing knowledge of ergonomics and regulations.Strong understanding of building regulations.Collaboration, teamwork, and coordination.Clear communication with team, clients, and consultants.Conduct site inspections and compile quality inspection reports.Oversee and make recommendations/problem solve throughout the construction period.RequirementsAdvanced use of Revit.Proficiency in AutoCAD.Knowledge of Photoshop/InDesign is beneficial.Knowledge of Lumion, SketchUp, or TwinMotion is beneficial.Please email your CV and portfolio to Julie Riley at ****** date for applications: 5 October 2024.
