Senior Application Solutions SpecialistResponsibilities: Provide NetSuite support and subject matter expertise to users.Assist with report writing and analytics efforts for company financial and operational information.Assist with data and/or related systems integration projects specific to NetSuite.Perform hands-on coding work on projects as needed.Document business objectives, use cases, business requirements, system specifications, workflows, and process documentation.Act as a system expert on production and sandbox NetSuite environments and related systems.Develop and maintain workflows and processes in NetSuite to optimize platform.Evaluate current state, research, and implement effective solution designs to achieve defined business or process objectives.Provide support to global colleagues via the IT ticketing system.Complete additional responsibilities as required.Requirements: At least 5 years' experience with the day-to-day technical management of the NetSuite platform is required.Strong NetSuite ERP administration/development experience.Hands-on SuiteScript experience to provide back-end customization.Understanding of common industry-standard business practices in accounting.Strong understanding and experience in a project-based services organization.Ability to do independent technical work.Experience using forms, fields, custom records, and workflows to manage unique business process requirements within the ERP system.Attention to detail.Proficiency with saved searches, formulas, reporting, creating dashboards, creating custom forms, and creating workflows.Understanding of NetSuite ERP workflow functionality and processes.Experience developing and maintaining reports in Microsoft Power BI (or other BI solution).The ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and work independently.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work on a team with other IT professionals to provide effective support to the organization.Ability to work U.S. hours.Biopharmaceutical industry experience preferred.If you have not received a response on your application within 14 days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
