Senior Account Manager

· Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points.· Drive client retention, renewals, new sales, upsells, and client satisfaction.· Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence, and strategic insight.· Educate clients on how existing and new product features and functionality work, and how they can contribute to their business growth.· Build relationships with decision makers, business contacts, and influencers.· Accurate forecasting of the week, month, quarter, and FY, leveraging Zoho and its capabilities.· Develop and expand relationships with customers and OEMs.· Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.· Effectively work with other Makwa internal organizations to drive customer requirements needed to achieve business outcomes.· Growth of the assigned accounts and delivery of revenue and GP in line with agreed targets.· Formulate and capture opportunities into individual client strategies to maximize efforts to secure maximum wallet spend within allocated accounts.· Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues.Qualifications and experience:3-year Degree/Diploma (NQF 6) preferably in Commercial or related studies.8 years' experience in the same or similar role with re-seller experience.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting
