Overall PurposeThe overall purpose of the Inbound Groups Consultant is to:
Successfully negotiate rates and services;Successfully propose and secure groups;Go the extra mile to create exceptional customer and guest experiences;Maintain a strong focus on achieving sales and profit targets and have an all-round understanding of customer requirements;Maximize quote conversion rates and meet targets;Oversee operations and on-the-ground management of groups;Manage accounts and foster customer relationships.RequirementsRequirements:
Matric;Qualification in Travel and Tourism;Incentive inbound travel experience of about 3 - 5 years.Benefits include provident fund, group life, disability, and funeral.
