Semi Skllled Maintenance Fitter - 3 Month Contract

Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecord keeping and completing job cards on Prisma Maintenance system.Complete equipment checks sheets as per manufactures requirementsMaking schedules, assigning work and training employees.Motivate employees to increase their productivity and meet work goalsTo ensure the proper maintenance of equipment, compliance with mechanical codes and adherence to safety regulations.Supervise junior team members.Responsible for mechanical systems installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and services as required.Report to maintenance manager any incidentsEnsure adequate inventory, prioritize purchases, prepare cost estimates, and document all purchases.Assist with mechanical systems installation, troubleshooting and repair as needed.Maintain effective Health and Safety systems, including completion of risk assessments and method statements and toolbox talks where appropriateResponsible for ensuring that all staff and subcontractors' response and rectification times are met, and repairs are undertaken diligently, with due care and without undue delay.Take all possible steps to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.Minimum Requirements Grade 12N2 Mechanical8 -10 years' experience in the mechanical fieldFitter - SemiskilledValid Driver's License – AdvantageousCV to:  ****** you not hear back from us within 2 weeks of application, kindly consider your application as unsuccessful
